With many years’ experience in health and social care training, our professional trainers hold all relevant qualifications in their particular field of expertise. All members of our team have worked in the health and social care industry and understand the practical demands of this rewarding industry.

As you’d expect, our trainers are members of the Institute for Learning (IFL) and are enhanced CRB checked.

We never leave our high standards to chance. Our centre has a team of trained assessors and internal verifiers to make sure we continue to offer training excellence.

Training that works for you

As health and social care professionals we understand the demands of the industry. That’s why we tailor our training to suit your company’s needs.

While we have our own dedicated training centre, we’re also happy to train your staff at a time and place that works for you. We’ll travel to your workplace and can offer training in the evening or at weekends – after all, health and social care is more than a nine to five job.

Free training…

We can train your staff for free. Providing they meet the eligibility criteria, you’ll receive government funding to cover the cost of our training courses.

We offer a comprehensive common induction programme at our Leeds-based training centre

HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE APPRENTICESHIPS – INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED

Our Adult Apprenticeship gives learners of all ages the chance to build a satisfying career in health and social care.

Taking between 12 and 24 months to complete, the Adult Apprenticeship qualifications aim to assess knowledge around the following core areas:

• Equality and diversity
• Personal development
• Role of the social care worker
• Handling information
• Communication
• Health and safety
• Safeguarding
• Person centred approaches
• Duty of care

Plus functional skills in:

• Numeracy
• Literacy
